Return Policy

  • You can return a product for any reason within 48 hours of delivery. A 15% restocking fee (on MRP) will apply.
  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • If you choose store credit, only the return shipping cost will be deducted and no restocking fee will be charged.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
  • Refunds or store credits will be issued only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed only after we receive the product back.
  • Crystal Chandeliers and Dried Flowers & Grass items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Replacement and Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at (hlhomelighting000@gmail.com) or call us at +91-6398008446 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video, starting from the moment the box is opened and clearly showing the product and any damage or defects, is mandatory.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • If the item is found to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement or repair as needed.
  • We will arrange for return pickup wherever possible. If pickup is not available, you will need to ship the product using a reliable courier within one day of our confirmation.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

Important Notes

  • All returns and replacements must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Microscopic defects that are not visible after installation are not eligible for replacement.
  • The warranty for HL Homes Lighting and Décor does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage, unauthorized changes, accidents, or damage caused by extreme weather or conditions. It also does not apply to commercial use, incorrect installation, or items like bulbs and batteries. For any questions, please contact customer care.
  • HL Homes Lighting may change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Return, refund, and cancellation terms may also change from time to time.
  • If we find misuse of this policy, such as frequent returns, cancellations, refused deliveries, or repeated refund requests, we reserve the right to take necessary action.
  • HL Homes Lighting has the right to accept or cancel any order placed on the website. If an order is cancelled, customers will be informed and refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
  • For COD orders above ₹15,000, a small advance payment is required to confirm the order. Our team will contact you with payment details.
  • If a customer has a history of multiple cancelled or RTO (Return to Origin) orders, future orders will be accepted only as prepaid or with a token amount. COD will not be available in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, only store credit will be provided.
  • Order modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Terms & Conditions

  • Light fixtures do not include bulbs, which must be purchased separately.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clearance sale and open-box products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damage caused by exposure to salt air, harsh chemicals, or water is not covered under warranty.
  • Clean the products only with a dry microfiber cloth.
  • These terms of service and any related service agreements are governed by the laws of India.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Any shipping charges will be shown at checkout, if applicable.
  • A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and reshipping charges will apply.
  • HL Home Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.
  • International shipping is available.
  • Any delivery-related issues must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the entered pincode is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you for further assistance.
  • For orders above ₹15,000, our customer support team will contact you to collect a token amount before processing the order.

Price Policy

  • We try to offer the best prices on our products, but we do not guarantee the lowest price in the market. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • We do offer a price match policy under the following conditions:
  • The product must be exactly the same and available for sale on another online store.
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly listed and not a negotiated or special price.
  • Price matching is allowed only before payment is made. Prices cannot be changed after an order is placed.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • While we try our best to match lower prices, we are not obligated to do so.
  • Although we aim to keep all information accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or details, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and inform you.
  • If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account or UPI.
